Discover our cellars in Avize with a guided visit in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Our cellar reflects a modern and practical approach to winemaking, designed for the precise production and ageing of high-quality Champagne. Explore the places where our wines are crafted and learn more about the philosophy of Champagne Michel Gonet. The experience concludes with a tasting of three of our cuvées, accompanied by a glass of our Ratafia, offering a complete and enjoyable introduction to the house. Please note: this visit includes many stairs. Kindly contact us in advance if you are unable to go up or down steps. As the masterclass takes place in a working production cellar, sessions may occasionally need to be cancelled or rescheduled if the space is required for production activities that make it unsuitable for visits.
