Haut l’Evêque is a locality in the commune of Pessac, and is also vineyard that has been handled by the Gonet Family since 2000. There, we gave a new life to the vineyard by restructuring and replanting the grape. The vinification is done in a traditional way : the wine rests more or less in oak depending on the vintage.

THE VINEYARD : 

When he arrived, Monsieur Gonet started a profond change of the 3 hectares, elaborating since 2000, high quality wines within the framework of sustainable agriculture. Throughout the vintages, the work paid off and the wines of the Château got more complex, with even more intensity and structure. The use of both traditional and modern methods enabled the Gonet family to reach a great quality of wine.
